Heart of flame for God - He deserves nothing less; a heart of love for our fellow men - yep, need to work on that, but that's certainly what we should be striving for .. but heart of steel for ourselves? I'm grappling with what that means.
I thought "steel" was an interesting word in the prayer. I took it to mean that God would grant us the strength to bear up under whatever challenges/temptations we might face
